Founded and operated by Latisha Nicole, our mission is rooted in sourcing alkaline, pure, and nourishing plant medicine to realign the mind, body, and spirit all to the glory of God’s love, grace, and the sanctity of His living temple.


Latisha’s journey is deeply personal. After overcoming three chronic illnesses between the ages of 24 and 34, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of natural healing. This awakening sparked her devotion to creating high-vibrational, purposeful remedies concoctions birthed from awareness, reverence, and years of spiritual and medicinal study.

At Tisha’s Table, we firmly believe that God-given herbs and whole-food supplements are more effective and harmonious with the body than synthetic medications. Healing is not only possible it’s accessible, and it starts with returning to nature. 

We are committed to using only organic, non-GMO, and wildcrafted herbs sourced with integrity, backed by comprehensive safety testing for heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium), harmful microbes such as E. coli and Salmonella, and the presence of yeast, mold, and other contaminants. Each product is gracefully handcrafted in small batches, created with intention, love, and a deep commitment to healing, restoration, and the nourishment of mind, body, and spirit.

Our herbs are primarily sourced from the nutrient-rich grasslands of the Western Cape of Africa, as well as Bulgaria, Mexico, Honduras, and South America regions known for their potent and rare plant medicines. We partner with nucleated villages and seasoned herbalists, ensuring your remedies are as pure and powerful as nature intended.

Our Chondrus Crispus (Sea Moss) is ethically harvested from the pristine shores of Honduras, then lovingly processed in-house into gels, capsules, and gummies designed to nourish your temple from within.
