Meet Our Founder — Personal Chef & Herbal Artisan

It's an old cultural and ultimate compliment to the chef that when food is super tasty somebody will shout "wow you put your foot in this". Well, Latisha Nicole goes the extra mile and puts her whole heart in all her meals, desserts, and signature fixings. And you can taste the love and dedication to fresh ingredients. Baked Macaroni & Cheese -that will make you want to "Slap your Mama". Southern Fried chicken that will make you lick everybody's fingers and cakes and pies from scratch that make your tummy cry yummy.

Born and raised in the capitol of soul cuisine, Harlem, Latisha like many self-taught chefs earned her apron in grandma's kitchen. The legacy of grandma's recipes is very near and dear to Latisha. After years of coaxing by her clients, followers, friends and family she has decided to share these cherished recipes with you. Latisha, often laments that "although I didn't go to culinary school I've learned through real-life experience, the wisdom of my family, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. My journey is seasoned with faith, flavor, and fierce dedication to my craft"
