Sea moss is a seaweed (not a shellfish) that grow on rocks in the ocean along the Atlantic coasts between North America and Europe. It’s an edible plant similar to other seaweed like kelp, algae or dulse and grows in a variety of colors. The Purple or reddish color seamoss known scientifically as Chondrus Crispus,is naturally found among the warmer waters around the Caribbean and South America. Often called Irish Seamoss it has multiple benefits when used as directed.

 

Most people are so iodine deficient that when they start consuming Sea Moss they notice a difference in energy, physical, and mental health within a few days. On average, it takes around three to six weeks for noticeable changes. But you must continue to take it consistently in order to see these changes.
A strict Alkaline Diet is required for maximum effectiveness; otherwise, you'll neutralize the effects or only reap minimal benefits.

Yes! Sea Moss Gel Does expire, rather it’s a gel or gummies it does expire When you make a batch of Sea moss Gel using dried Sea Moss you'll typically get from 2 to 3 weeks out of your gel, from a shelf life perspective. As a natural product made from organic matter (seaweed, a marine vegetable) it is going to deteriorate over time Sea Moss should always be kept in the refrigerator. It will last there for about 3 weeks. You can also keep it in the freezer for 4 to 6 months. Be sure to seal the jar tightly and leave some space for expansion if you put it in the freezer.

 

How to Prepare your Loose Leaf Herbs

Add 1 full tablespoon of herbs to 2-3 cups of water & bring to a boil. Can be sweetened with pure agave syrup from cactus


Recommend to let the herbs to steep for 15-20 minutes before drinking (the longer the herbs steep, the stronger it will be). Tea can last up to a week in a mason jar keep air tight and refrigerated.


Roots/Barks & Stems:
- Add 1 full cup of herbs to a gallon of water & simmer for 40-45 minutes.


- Turn off stove and allow the herbs to steep for 2-4 hours before drinking (the longer the herbs steep, the stronger it will be).


In order to avoid dehydration & headaches, please consume 1 gallon of “ Natural Spring Water “ throughout the day daily! when consuming herbs & herbal supplements. For best results consume a well balanced meal and drinking 1 gallon of water is required for maximum effectiveness; otherwise, you'll neutralize the effects or only reap minimal benefits.

Once brewed, herbal teas can last up to 5 days if refrigerated and mixed daily.
